Where to go
New Philadelphia has been building since 2018, from the old town to the towers of downtown. Many of its government buildings are open to you. Stand in the Oval Office, walk the halls of City Hall, and watch the Supreme Court hear a case.
Things to know as a visitor
- Look, but don’t build. As a visitor you can’t place or change anything in the city. Building permissions come with citizenship.1
- Stay off military bases. No one may enter a Civil Guard base without permission. A visitor found on base grounds without it may be prosecuted for espionage.2
- Take off your helmet in court. No one may wear a helmet of any kind in the presence of the court, and spectators stay quiet while it’s in session.3
- Watch the Supreme Court at work. Cases at the Atrium Summi, 220 New York Avenue, are open to spectators in the designated areas.4
- Leave museums and memorials as you found them. Don’t place or remove anything. You may leave flowers or a personal item in the areas set aside for them.5

Stay and build
Visitors can look around, but only citizens can build. Citizenship is open to every like-minded person, and your building permissions start the moment your application is accepted.
