Finding what you need
- Search. Use the search box on the homepage, or go straight to Search. It covers every service, department, and news post.
- Services. City services lists everything the city does for citizens, from citizenship to building and farming. Each page says what to do and who to contact.
- Departments. Government lists every department and office, what it handles, and who leads it.
- News. News has the city’s notices and announcements, newest first.
If you’re new to the city
Start with Become a citizen. It explains who can apply, what happens after you apply, and how to get your Citizen ID. To see what life in the city is like first, Visit covers its landmarks and what to know as a visitor.
In an emergency
Contact the Emergency Response Agency. It answers fires, injuries, lost persons, wildlife incidents, and chemical spills. See Emergencies and public safety.
Checking on a report
A report you made without your name comes with a receipt code. Check a report by its receipt code to see where it stands, answer the office, or say the problem is fixed.
Asking the city
If you can’t find an answer here, ask the City Communications Office. Email cityhall@cityofnp.com, or post in the city Discord. Replies by email take 24 to 48 hours. More ways to reach the city are on Contact.
Problems with this site
If a page is wrong, a link is broken, or something is hard to use, tell the City Communications Office the same way. Say which page you were on and what happened.
