Using the site
Anyone may read the public site. By signing in to the portal, you agree to these terms.
Your login
- You need a Discord account, and to be 13 or older.
- Each person has one login and one city record. Don’t sign in as someone else, or let anyone else use your login.
- Keep your Discord account secure. Whatever is done through your login is treated as done by you.
Filings
- Answer truthfully. Filings are official records.
- Don’t file to harass, flood, or test an office.
City money
- The New Philadelphian Dollar is the City’s currency. It has no value outside the city, and the City never exchanges it for real money.
- Don’t buy or sell City money, vouchers, checks, licenses, or logins for real money.
- Don’t copy, forge, or exploit vouchers, checks, or the bank. If you find a fault, report it to the City Treasury.
- The City Treasury may reverse a transaction made by mistake or through a fault.
Fair use
- Don’t try to reach records, pages, or powers that aren’t yours, or get around the site’s limits.
- Don’t copy the site in bulk or overload it.
- If you find a security problem, report it to the City Communications Office instead of using it.
Breaking these terms
The City may suspend your portal access. Your citizenship, licenses, and offices change only through the processes in the City Charter.
Changes
The city may change these terms. The date on this page shows the last change. Signing in after it means you agree to the new terms.
